					<description><![CDATA[There are times when I have been stressed to the max and more than a bit irritable and I have said things in a way I would not otherwise say them.  Once rested I am quick to apologize and feel awful until I do.  

I have people around me that will never apologize...no matter how wrong and hurtful they have been.  How can you just go on.. day to day... as if you have nothing to regret?
